Identity & contact: your name, mobile phone number (your primary account identifier), and email address.

Activity: your class bookings, attendance, trial status, and payment records. Payments are recorded when taken in person at the studio.

Technical: basic log and device data needed to run the site securely.

To create and manage your account and bookings, to send you the service messages described below, to record payments, and to operate, secure, and improve the studio and website.

With your consent, we send transactional service messages — one-time login codes, booking confirmations, class reminders, payment receipts, and account notifications — by SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email.

Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, each booking triggers a confirmation). Message and data rates may apply. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP at any time; reply HELP for help. You may also contact us to update your preferences.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or other personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information collected for text messaging is shared with third parties for marketing.

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you securely signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we don’t run cross-site ad networks.

We use trusted processors to run the service: Supabase (database hosting, in the EU / Frankfurt region), Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp delivery), and Resend (email delivery). They process your data only to provide these services to us, under their own security and privacy obligations.

Your data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt) region. We keep it while your account is active or as needed to run the studio and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us at nataly@narastudiojo.com.

NaRa’s services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and we’ll communicate material changes where appropriate.
